Who we are
This website is operated by Q Sites, a Heart for Change Media company, based in Quarryville, Pennsylvania. Mailing address for privacy requests: Q Sites, 200 Willow Valley Square, Suite 210, Lancaster, PA 17602. You can also email evan@getqsites.com.
What we collect
When you request a free website check or contact us, we collect what you choose to send: your name, email address, website address, type of organization, what you want help with, and any message you write. Please don’t send passwords, payment details, or anyone’s health information.
When you browse this website, our hosting provider, Cloudflare (Cloudflare Pages), processes technical data such as IP addresses in server and security logs so it can deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
Visitor statistics. This website doesn’t currently use analytics. If we turn on visitor statistics later, we’ll use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without tracking you across other websites, and we’ll update this page first.
What we don’t do
- We don’t use advertising pixels, cross-site trackers, or session-recording tools.
- We don’t sell or rent your information.
- We don’t add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.
How we use your information
We use form submissions only to run your website check, reply to you, and, if you hire us, to provide our services.
Who we share it with
We use an email service provider for our email and a form delivery provider that delivers website check requests to our inbox; they process this information on our behalf. We share information only as needed to provide the service, or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We delete website check requests after 6 months if you don’t become a client.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information you’ve sent us by contacting evan@getqsites.com.
Children
This website is intended for businesses and organizations and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
